Therapy inside virtual worlds
Counseling that happens inside immersive VR — support groups, social-anxiety exposure, couples play dates, murder mysteries, laser tag, and mindfulness worlds. Not a screen. Not a couch. A place you actually go.

A world you choose to enter. A chair that's waiting. Therapy that finally feels like somewhere you want to be.
You don't watch VR therapy. You're in it.
A webcam shows you a face. VR puts you in a room. That difference matters. Presence — the felt sense of actually being somewhere with someone — lowers defenses, opens up the body, and lets the work happen in a way talking through a screen rarely does.
So we built a practice around it. Inside a Meta Quest 3, you can walk a beach with your therapist, practice ordering coffee until the panic fades, solve a murder with your support group, or sit with your partner on a floating island and finally cooperate on something again.
Presence over pixels
A felt sense of being there — not watching.
Safe exposure
Real nervous-system reps, zero real-world stakes.
Play as therapy
Doing together beats talking alone.
Access anywhere
Real groups, no drive across Georgia.
Programs we run inside VR
Eight worlds, one kind of therapy. Every program is therapist-led, private pay, and 100% telehealth — you join from wherever you are.
VR Individual Therapy
Therapy sessions conducted inside immersive worlds — a beach, a forest, a cabin, drifting through stars. The environment lowers defenses and opens conversation in ways a video screen can't.
- Choose or build your session world
- Presence-based, not screen-based
- For clients who freeze in traditional talk therapy
VR Support Groups
Group therapy in shared virtual spaces. Connect with people facing similar challenges — with the safety of an avatar and the realness of actually being in the room together.
- Anxiety, grief, and life-transition groups
- Avatar presence lowers social pressure
- Join from anywhere in Georgia — no travel
Social Anxiety Lab
Practice real-world social situations in controlled VR environments — order coffee, walk into a party, give a presentation — at your own pace, with a therapist guiding every step.
- Graduated, repeatable exposure
- Real nervous system responses, zero real stakes
- Build confidence before real-world attempts
Couples Play Dates
Couples reconnect through shared VR experiences — cooperative puzzles, exploration, and play. Rebuild connection through doing together, not just sitting and talking.
- Co-op adventures and escape rooms
- Play as a bridge back to teamwork
- For couples stuck in the same arguments
VR Murder Mystery
A social-skills group disguised as a game. Work together to investigate, interrogate, and solve — practicing communication, collaboration, and perspective-taking while genuinely having fun.
- Built-in roles for every comfort level
- Real social dynamics, low-pressure frame
- Great for teens and socially anxious adults
VR Laser Tag
High-energy group play for stress relief, teamwork, and pure fun. Move, strategize, and laugh together — for clients who learn and connect by doing, not sitting.
- Physical movement as regulation
- Team dynamics in real time
- Teens, adults, and friend groups welcome
Mindfulness Worlds
Guided meditation and nervous-system regulation inside breathtaking environments — mountain summits, underwater reefs, drifting through open space. Calm you can feel in your body.
- Body-based stress and anxiety relief
- Ideal for trauma and burnout recovery
- Recorded worlds to revisit between sessions
Exposure Therapy Worlds
Phobia and anxiety exposure in safe, fully controlled VR environments — heights, flying, public speaking, crowds, driving. Repeatable, adjustable, and always therapist-led.
- Heights, flying, driving, public speaking
- Intensity you control frame by frame
- Evidence-based exposure, modern delivery
Who VR therapy is for
VR therapy isn't a gimmick — it's a door for people traditional therapy leaves out.
Socially anxious clients
Practice real situations in a world where the stakes are zero — then carry that confidence out the door.
Couples stuck in a loop
Stop rehashing the same argument. Rebuild connection through shared play and cooperation instead.
Therapy skeptics
If sitting on a couch answering "how does that make you feel?" isn't your thing — this genuinely isn't that.
Gamers & tech-comfortable folks
You already live part of your life in virtual worlds. Therapy that meets you there just makes sense.
Georgians without local access
Rural, mobility-limited, or agoraphobic — join real group therapy without leaving home.
Neurodivergent clients
Structured, interest-based, sensory-controllable environments where connection comes more naturally.
How VR therapy helps
Presence, not a screen
VR creates a felt sense of actually being there — which lowers defenses and opens up conversation a webcam can't.
Safe, repeatable exposure
Face the thing — a crowd, a speech, a flight — in a world you can pause, lower, or leave at any moment.
Play as the bridge
Doing together builds connection faster than talking alone. Couples and groups reconnect through shared experience.
Real groups, no travel
Join a support group or play session with people across Georgia — presence without the drive.
Engagement for the stuck
For clients who can't or won't engage in traditional talk therapy, VR gives the work somewhere to happen.
Body-based, not just talk
Move, explore, breathe, and practice — therapy that lives in your nervous system, not just your thoughts.
Powered by Meta Quest 3
We run every VR session on the Meta Quest 3 — standalone, wireless, no gaming PC required. It's the most accessible way to do real VR therapy at home.
- You wear the headset wherever you are — home, a dorm, anywhere with Wi-Fi.
- You bring the Meta Quest 3, we handle setup and onboarding.
- Step-by-step guidance on apps, accounts, and joining the room.
- Comfort settings tuned for motion-sensitive clients.
All VR programs are private pay
VR therapy is a newer, time-intensive modality that doesn't fit the standard insurance model. Private pay lets us design the session length, environment, and group structure around what actually works — not what a payer will reimburse.
